FIIT FLOW Classes - January 2026

These low impact movement classes blend flexible intensity interval training (FIIT) with yoga, mobility work, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), and breath practices for a gentle energizing dose of mind-body wellness.
Classes are Mondays and Thursdays 12:05pm - 12:55pm at New Heights Fitness Studio (upper floor of the Bodywise gym building

By gently stimulating the 6 major lymphatic flow pathways and moving through all the primary joints in the body, you’ll feel refreshed and more balanced.

If you’re new to manual lymphatic work and mobility movement, this class is a great place to start your journey! 

This class can (and is encouraged to) be practiced daily, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.

Continue building on the strength, mobility and detoxification from level 1 with more depth and intensity to the MLD stimulation and additional movements.
If you’re brand new to manual lymphatic work, I recommend starting with the beginner class. If you’ve already been practicing MLD, this class is more suitable for you:)
