If you’re new to manual lymphatic work and mobility movement, this class is a great place to start your journey!
This class can (and is encouraged to) be practiced daily, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.
In this 30 minute class, continue building on the strength, mobility and detoxification from level 1 with more depth and intensity to the MLD stimulation and additional movements.
If you’re brand new to manual lymphatic work, I recommend starting with the beginner class. If you’ve already been practicing MLD, this class is more suitable for you:)
